This contract comprises the over roofing of the Upper Level roof of the four office block wings. On the North Wing, the roof is generally about 13.0m above ground level. Elsewhere it is generally about 10.0m. The main roof area is approximately 2000m². The plantroom roofs are about 3m above the main roof and their areas about 100m². The plantrooms cladding is about 200m².
