Work to include: deep cleaning of floors, minor repairs to floors and walls; repainting of walls, ceilings and window frames; reboarding and replacement of ceilings; replacement of small fittings such as door closers and lights; re-tiling in kitchen; replacement of kitchen cupboards and sink; replacement of kitchen oven; and minor electrics alteration.
