The University of Liverpool Virtual Engineering Centre is looking to procure a consultant with the relevant experience to carry out a full impact independent evaluation report, to cover financial performance, process efficiency (administrative, managerial and technical) plus an assessment of qualitative and quantitative achievements in terms of outputs and immediate benefits against the objectives of the project. Plus an assessment of the wider intervention outcomes and impacts including GVA.
