Cobalt is seeking a Service Provider to deliver waste treatment facilities to treat residual waste that will also reduce waste to landfill. All of Cobalt's properties are located in North Liverpool area in postcodes L9, L10, L11, therefore the waste treatment site of the appointed Contract should be located in a close proximity to the area.
