Tunbridge Wells Borough Council is inviting quotations for the refurbishment of one of its temporary accommodation units. Flat C of 58 London Road has been identified for some routine repairs as part of our planned maintenance programme for 2017/18. The property provides temporary accommodation and consists of 4No self contained flats (A,B,C & D) along with a communal entrance area, services cupboard and stairwell to the first floor. Currently flat C is empty, although the other units are occupied. Works include (but are not limited too): • Strip Out Works • Internal Upgrades & Redecorations. • External Roof Repair • Fire Proofing Measures. • Replacement of Existing Mechanical Ventilation.
