Annual condition survey in conjunction with a servicing visit Servicing of passenger and other lift equipment to the whole of the equipment as detailed elsewhere. Call-out repairs and maintenance (in hours and out of hours) of passenger and other lift equipment in accordance with response times stated elsewhere. Replacement of parts at no additional cost unless parts are specifically stated as excluded. One (1) LG1 "Thorough Examination inspection" per annum as appropriate To hydraulic and electric passenger lift installations serving housing schemes owned and/ or managed by Stroud District Council. An option to quote for replacement or new installation work.
