The FCA is seeking a single supplier to provide workplace adjustment management services to its staff members in London and Edinburgh. This will include assessments of individual employee's needs, sometimes in conjunction with Occupational Health, and detailed recommendations of action needed including cost. It will also include working closely with the Facilities, IT, HR and Occupational Health to review requirements and on occasion supply and install recommended equipment, once approved by the FCA. It is expected that these services may be used by the following bodies: Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) Bank of England Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
