This procurement relates to the Supply of Flat Pack Archive Boxes (Cardboard). To fulfil contractual obligations, the Authority, has a requirement for the boxes for client use in the storage of medical records. Supply shall be via "call off" for palletised deliveries for an initial period of three years, albeit the Authority shall have options to extend by two periods of 12 months (five years maximum). Closing date for offers is 12 NOON on 7th July 2017 ** Samples to be received by no later than 5pm on 7th July 2017
