Ordnance Survey (OS) has been gathering real-time customer feedback through an email and online tracking survey since 2015 (Customer Compass). This research enables OS to view and action results daily, through online results dashboards and email alerts. The current contract for this service is due to complete at the end of July 2017. OS intends to continue to measure customer perceptions of service and is seeking to commission a research supplier who can run this study for the next 3 years.
