Gloucestershire County Council is seeking to contract with an experienced Managed Service Provider (MSP), who will source trainers, provide a Learning Management System, administration of course bookings, venue and facilities management. As an optional service, in accordance with Apprenticeship Levy guidelines, Gloucestershire County Council recognise that there will be a requirement to provide training for these apprenticeship programmes and are currently developing its approach to apprenticeships. Route to market will be an OJEU tender using the open process, commencing 1st September 2017, expiring 5th April 2019, with the option to extend until 5th April 2021.
