1. INS wishes to tender for coaching services to support the development of its employees. (INS would be open to having up to 3 coaches that could support Leadership, Employee and Wellbeing capabilities within the business, as an alternative to using 1 dedicated professional.) 2. Previous experience of coaching in a highly regulated environment is an essential pre-requisite of tendering for this contract. Tenderer shall provide 3 examples of previous coaching experience along with suitable references. 3. The 3 areas of coaching within the business are as follows: a) Leadership and Cultural Development To support leaders within the Organisation in developing skills to support the changing culture of the business e.g. Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity. These sessions will be predominantly on a 1-1 basis but may include group interventions. Extensive experience of coaching at an Executive or senior leadership level within a highly regulated environment would be required. b) Wellbeing To support INS employees on wellbeing issues on an ad-hoc basis. This may include supporting employees following long term absence, culture change/organizational change programmes or in times of pressure c) Employee Development To support employees development needs in conjunction with, but not limited to INS behavioural competency framework, 360 Feedback and identified succession plans.
