Hampshire County Council currently utilizes the on-premises Software Asset Management (SAM) tool, SNOW License Manager. This tool is designed to efficiently handle large volumes of data and provide robust tools for license compliance analysis. SAM encompasses all the infrastructure and processes necessary for the effective management, control, and protection of software assets throughout their lifecycle. The Council requires ongoing software licensing and support maintenance for SNOW and a contract has been awarded for this.
