Thames Valley Charitable Housing Trust (the 'registered provider') is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers to enter into a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery of a programme of repairs and maintenance and voids repairs works (the 'Programme') to its residential housing stock comprising of approximately 5 587 properties in the contract area. TVH also have 2 019 commercial properties, 65 market rented properties and 6 189 tenant owned properties (which will have repairs to communal areas only). The number of properties may increase or decrease over the term of the contract.
TVCH intends to award one Term Partnering Contract under a bespoke TPC2005 (2008) but may wish to make available its wholly owned subsidiary to provide labour to the successful Service Provider at some point at the client's discretion but not until at least the fifth year of the Term.
Competitive Dialogue is being used to support the development of the Price per Property model and the delivery model for repairs call handling.

Contract value: The estimated annual value of the repairs and maintenance works is 1 650 833 GBP per annum (ex VAT). The estimated value of the voids works is 679 199 GBP (ex VAT). The estimated value of communal repairs is 665 338 GBP (ex VAT). Therefore the total estimated annual value of the contract will be 2 995 570 GBP (ex VAT), or 29 955 700 GBP (ex VAT) over a full 10-year contract period.Estimated value excluding VAT: 30 000 000 GBP
