Hanover Housing Developments Limited (HHDL) is seeking a development partner(s) that can deliver its vision for the St Lukes Development Project.
The Project is located on the former St Lukes hospital site (Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust), Muswell Hill in the London Borough of Haringey. The existing hospital site comprises of a number of buildings known as Woodside houses, former ward buildings and administration buildings.
The proposed development comprises of 173 properties approximately 70 % of which will be targeted at people over 55. The majority of car parking will be provided by a basement car park with minimal surface parking provided to the houses. The 3 historic and listed buildings to the front of the site will be retained, restored and converted to large high specification apartments.
The houses and apartments to the west of the site will comprise a mixture of private sale for open market sale and the co-housing group.
The Project is being divided into and tendered on the basis of 3 Lots as set out in Annex B of this Notice.

HHDL is a subsidiary of Hanover Housing Association. It is envisaged that the contract(s) awarded to the successful bidder(s) will be entered into in the name of HHDL, or another subisdiary of Hanover Housing Association.
Bidders should note that Savills Development Services are acting in relation to the project management and delivery of this Project as agents on behalf of HHDL.
