The University of Kent is seeking a supplier of Construction Services for an extension to and refurbishment of the existing Templeman Library at the University Canterbury campus.
The extension will comprise approximately 5,500m2 over five floors to provide a passive book storage facility, additional study spaces and a new lecture theatre and seminar rooms. Landscaping and the provision of a new logistics/fire road will be required as part of the extension. It is expected that the extension will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
