West Dunbartonshire Council (the Council) wishes to commission a full stock condition survey in order to assess the condition and future liabilities of the housing stock, other property assets related to the housing stock, and the Council's interests and liabilities associated with the owner-occupied stock. This contract will be a full survey of all the housing stock, which consists of approximately 11 000 domestic properties with related assets of some 895 lock-up garages.
