This requirement is for the establishment of a framework agreement with a single Service Provider (supplier) for the provision of an Online Document Library of Standard Procurement Documents, suitable for use across NHS/healthcare sector (and other public sector organisations).
This Online Document Library should be able to meet the procurement needs of a broad range of both Provider and Commissioner organisations, including (but not limited to) the following; Acute Trusts, Primary Care Trusts, Mental Health & Care Trusts, Strategic Health Authorities, Social Enterprises, Community Interest Companies, Ambulance Trusts, and Commissioning organisations (including CSUs, Commissioning Boards, GP Consortia etc.).
