Making the Business Case for Green Deal and ECO

The purpose of this work is to provide councils with a set information, key questions and case studies that will help them to set out a business case for the Green Deal and ECO, and deliver their local priorities on fuel poverty and energy efficiency. The consultant/contractor will be expected to produce a comprehensive and independent review of the financing options for local authorities interested in the Green Deal, ECO and local domestic energy efficiency or fuel poverty projects. This will be published by the LGA as “making the business case for Green Deal and ECO”.
