The Homes and Communities Agency wish to appoint a contractor for various service and maintenance works at the Venture Quays, East Cowes, Isle of Wight. which includes but are not limited to the following work areas: The contractor will make provision for a person/(â€˜s) that will be suitably and competently trained to manage/supervise/monitor all day to day operation of the buildings, health and safety management and to carryout day to day maintenance along with other tasks, duties and responsibilities, as required by the HCA or its appointed site management. The service and maintenance to undertaken at the HCAâ€™s East Cowes site. The site comprises 6 buildings on the Venture Quays site (Columbine, Prom, Medina, Paintshop, Redux) and 3 buildings at the nearby Trinity wharf site (St Catharine, Nab, Needles) and Albany and Victoria Barracks along with several vacant land sites in East Cowes and a new private road, Church Path, constructed by the HCA. The Venture Quays is situated on the water frontage of East Cowes the Isle of Wright, This scope of service lists the hard and soft services that require maintaining. Scope of Services The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following types of works and services: Operational Health and safety management Cleaning contract Waste management Lift maintenance Landscaping maintenance Gas safe inspections Heating & plumbing 24hr Emergency call service for M&E and fabric Water treatment General service and maintenance Cleaning contract General maintenance to building fabric Service and maintenance to cladding (walls and roof) Servicing of fire and roller doors, hanger doors. General servicing to window Gutter and gullies servicing and maintenance Drainage (underground) Service and maintenance to brickwork Servicing and maintenance to floor(possible replacement) Service and maintenance Party walls (if required) Prepare Columbine profiled roof metal Coat roof with 10 guaranteed PVC/PVDF Plastisol Please note that this scope of works is not an exhaustive list.
