The Leeds Dental Institute at the University of Leeds is seeking tenders for a High resolution CT Scanner and Analysis Equipment with low maintenance and running costs. The principal use of the system will be detailed visualisation and characterisation of biological samples typically smaller than 2.5cm3. Principle use will be imaging tooth and bone tissue. It is essential that the system is able to provide accurate quantification of mineral density in bone, dentine and in particular enamel.
