Norwich City Council has provided an annual firework event at Earlham Park, Norrwich on the Saturday nearest to Nov 5 for the last 10 years. From 2013 Norwich City Council will not be operating this event and is seeking applications from companies who wish to organise this event for a 4 year period from 2013 to 2016.
