There are four components to be procured as a single ‘lot':
1. CCTV digitalisation equipment;
2. Un-attended cameras;
3. Upgrade of existing CCTV cameras to DFT specification
4. CCTV Enforcement Vehicle.
The intention is to procure a complete Hardware and Software CCTV system to provide digitalisation as well as including unattended cameras and a CCTV Vehicle ensuring that all equipment conforms to The Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA 2004) – the legislation that Parking Services operates under. It is integral that training programmes are provided to assist staff members in the use and operation of the new equipment and systems
It is the intention that one contract will be awarded to cover the supply, installation and maintenance of all 4 components. Expressions of interest by way of completion and submission of this PQQ should only be made by those organisations that can provide the full scope of the procurement
