Fife Councils Tenancy and Accommodation Support (TAS) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide a nightime concierge service across 6 homeless hostel sites within Fife.
Duties include ensure the security of the buildings and customer safety, monitoring the use of public areas on the sites and grounds immediately surrounding the buildings by use of direct observation and CCTV. Security duties will also include maintaining written records, handover arrangements, incident reporting and admissions to the homeless hostels. An essential requirement will be to show customers accurate empathy and respect in the provision of this service.
