The Public Sector Organisations (PSO) in Ceredigion wish to enter into a long term maintenance contract which will, where applicable will be comprehensive, semi-comprehensive or basic as indicated and thus seek competitive tenders from contractors with a view to awarding a contract on the following basis:
A 3 year comprehensive, semi-comprehensive or basic contract (as in the case may be) whereby the Contractor undertakes, for a specified all-inclusive consideration, to carry out all or any maintenance, repairs or renewals of the Lifts on the PSO Sites.
Community Benefits do not apply to this contract.
