Leicester City Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced operator to carry out management and maintenance on their local nature reserves for the next three years. The operator will be expected to contribute to the on-going development of maintenance plans during this period. Details of the various Nature Reserves and other sites are covered in the Specification. It is intended that the contract will commence from the beginning of April this year and is expected to be worth around £50,000 per year, it is anticipated that the use of volunteers will be required to successfully undertake the contracted work.
