The Council has four 11KV / 433 V transformers supplying power to the main office areas. The council wish to install Voltage management equipment to reduce and regulate the secondary voltage from these transformers in order to achieve an overall reduction in electrical energy. The Council is seeking the successful Applicant to provide/supply the following goods and services: • Installation of Voltage Management Technology • Installation of associated equipment for example, but not limited to bypass switches and any other necessary equipment • Site audit including three phase power quality survey and measured three phase volt drop at circuit extremities and loads drawing high intermittent currents. Site audit to include a detailed load survey indicating power ratings and loading and actual energy savings to be achieved together with the identification of any equipment that may be adversely effected by a reduction in voltage. • Benefits tracking • Support services • Pre-planned maintenance • Emergency call outs In addition to above requirements LBH also expect Tender(s) to provide: • Evidence and Guarantees of energy savings • Product Warranties of 5 years or more
