The University of Portsmouth is looking to carry out complete refurbishment of one of their academic buildings.
Portland Building was constructed in 1996 and consists of four floors totalling approximately 6500m2 currently offering open plan and cellular teaching space and academic office space.
The intention is to carry out a full refurbishment project including plant room, full mechanical and electrical upgrade as well as extensive works to internal and external building fabric.
Cost of project is anticipated to be circa 3.5millionGBP and the actual on site works are planned to be carried out between January 2014 and August 2014.
