The consultant will carry out an independent review to quantify the size and nature of the potential market for UK business related to Shale Gas. The review should identify and quantify the role that innovation can play in identifying, locating, exploring, monitoring, extracting and using natural shale gas resources in the UK. Quantification of the global opportunities and market for innovation is also required.
