(LOT 1) The provision of up to 578 Conference Chairs, for the University's Conference Facility, of modern contemporary design -for Phase 1 from March 2013. The potential for a further requirement of up to 300 chairs in 2014 (Phase 2). (LOT 2) The provision of up to 234 Conference Tables, for the University's Conference Facility, of modern contemporary design -for Phase 1 from March 2013. The potential for a further requirement of up to 69 Tables in 2014 (Phase 2). Only companies who have supplied similar furniture to the Conference Industry, and have the financial and economic status, and technical ability, required by the University, should tender for this contract. The ability to meet a short delivery period will also be an important factor in the evaluation of the tender submissions.
