Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Oadby and Wigston Borough Council requires a partner organisation to deliver leisure and cultural services within Hinckley and Bosworth and Oadby and Wigston Boroughs. This will include the investment in and direct management of a number of existing facilities and the development of new facilities. The contract will be awarded for a period of up to 20 years subject to the outcome of the competitive dialogue process. There will be three lots for tender:
Lot 1: Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council Facilities and Services.
Lot 2: Oadby and Wigston Borough Council Facilities and Services.
Lot 3: Both Councils' Facilities and Services.

Contract value: The Authorities require a partner to deliver leisure services in the boroughs of Hinckley and Bosworth and Oadby and Wigston. The contract will be divided into lots and will include the following:Lot 1 – Hinckley and Bosworth council facilities and services.The council require a partner to enter into a contract to design, build and operate a new leisure centre to replace the existing facility in Hinckley.
