To provide the salary benchmarking data for the following roles in the specialist Oil and Gas market: Roles • Environmental Specialist • Senior Environmentalist • Senior Geologist • Senior Reservoir Engineer • Senior Metering Engineer • Senior Production Engineer • G7 (Civil Service Grade equivalent - Team Leader) Reservoir engineer • G6 (Civil Service Grade equivalent - Team Leader) Senior Petroleum The benchmarking data survey should be based on a representative sample of companies that reflect the market conditions in Aberdeen and London for the skills required in the above roles. Data parameters: The data provided should be no older than 6 months and cover: • Salary • Bonus • Holidays • Pension • Healthcare • + supplementary questions provided by DECC, no greater than 5, which the successful bidder will gather qualitative information on directly from job holders currently employed within the market. The benchmarking data should be robust enabling a high, low and median salary point against each role to be identified. Qualitative data is also required on the conditions of the Aberdeen and London markets in more general terms and specifically in relation to any relative difference between these two geographical markets. The benchmarking survey data should be provided in a written report accompanied by a verbally presentation. Completion of the report is required within 6 weeks of award of the contract, unless otherwise mutually agreed by both parties.
