Contract value: This Framework is for adults aged 18 and over resident within the City of Newcastle who have; Learning Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Autism or Autistic Spectrum Conditions. It will be delivered in the Lotsbelow and will be for a period of 36 months commencing 1.4.2013 until 31.3.2016, with an option to extend for up to a further 12 months.The Framework is made up with the following three lots.Lot 1 Non Complex Independent Supported Living and specialist care at homeLot 2 Complex Independent Supported LivingLot 3 Floating Support (previously known as Community Enabling)The Council is carrying out the procurement of this contract as an open tender.
