The NICTS now wishes to establish a contract for the lease of 21 Franking Machines with integrated scales (weighing up to 2.5kg and 5kg for high usage venues), including maintenance, across the NICTS estate. The provision of on-going franking credits for outgoing mail for each machine will also be included within the scope of this contract. Tenderers should note that the contract should have the facility to lease additional machines or to cancel the lease of certain machines throughout the lifetime of the contract. The range of postage services required per machine are 1st class, 2nd class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, European and Rest of World Services.
