Contract value: Dorset County Council is seeking tenders for appointment to a single provider framework for the supply and delivery of Fruit and Vegetables, Milk and Dairy and Bread products, including ware potatoes. The supply & delivery will be to various Dorset County Council establishments throughout the county of Dorset. the Framework shall be for an initial period of 2 years commencing 13.5.2013 and ending on 12.05.15, with provision to extend for a further 1 year + 1 year subject to satisfactory performance, making a total 4 year period.Whilst principally for use by Dorset County Council, the Framework will also be open for use by other public sector organisiations. Other public organisiations who will be accessing this contract from the outset are Poole Borough Council and North Dorset district Council. In addition, the Council will grant access to the framework by way of Affiliate Agreement. The main users of this ramework will be Adult & community establishemnts , some Children's services establishments and other establishments within the Authority, including Academies. Estimated value: the estimated value of the framework is 932 000GBP based on 2 years + 1 year + 1 year. This figure is givien as guidance only and the Council cannot guarantee that this value of business will be generated during the period of the framework.
