To provide a local Healthwatch Service for the Borough of Luton. Healthwatch Luton will be the new consumer champion for users of health and social care services in Luton.The service will provide a collective voice for the community that enables them to monitor and influence local health and social care services, and in addition, will provide information and signposting to help people in Luton make informed choices and access health and social care services.
