Herefordshire Housing Limited seeks Contractors to undertake Cleaning Sevices to communal areas within a number of Former Sheltered Scheme Buildings. The type of works include carpet/vinyl floor cleaning, dusting, wiping, cleaning glazing and other general cleaning duties.
The successful contractor will provide the cleaning service on behalf of Herefordshire Housing's In-house Property Team. The majority of the service will be carried out on a weekly basis with additional services being carried out on a monthly, quarterly or six monthly basis. The successful contractor's operation will be subject to a number of performance measures that will be monitored during the life of the contract. More details of these are outlined in the tender documentation.

The Contract is for an initial One year duration with a potential for two further extensions of 12 months each subject to on going satisfactory performance. This contract has a start date of the 1st April 2013 and a potential finish date of the 31st March 2016. The closing date for the return of the tender is midday 25th January, 2013. For those contractors who are successfully bought forward to the interview stage, the interviews will take in the weeks following the tender submission deadline.
