Annual servicing of CCTV equipment with an asset condition survey and planned replacement recommendations;
Replacement of defective components;
Callout option for repair during normal working hours;
Call-out option for emergency out of hours for recorded image upload (in the case of an incident).
It is not intended that this arrangement would be used for installation of new CCTV systems.
On replacement, the Specification recommends standardisation of equipment to the Places for People preferred product(s).
Contract will be for 1-year with an option for a second year dependent on performance and cost.
