the Authority is looking to engage with an external organisation to create a dementia friendly community, linked to the Health Innovation Expo that will showcase the achievements and opportunities for improvement across health care, research for people with dementia and in creating dementia friendly communities, as well as to launch the one year report on the Prime Minister’s Challenge on Dementia. The contractor shall deliver on the following: • The event has a clear story and approach • Organisations and individuals involved in the event are engaged, briefed and on-message • A clear and detailed plan is delivered to those building the event • A clear attendee experience is defined and operated throughout the Expo supporting the PMs challenge on dementia
