Two separate units (adjacent to each other) form part of this concession and are located within the Main Entrance of Royal Sussex County Hospital. Unit 1 is 88.47m2 including a store, and unit 2 is 22.40m2 including an office. The lease will be for a period of five (5) years, commencing April 2013.
