Respondents are to review the requirements outlined below and propose a service that meets TEWV requirements.
a) IP based telephony products to run across TEWV's Data Network.
b) Single mobile device and wider coverage across the geography of the area.
c) Fixed to mobile convergence.
d) Patient telephony in service areas.
e) Call/Contact Centre Services.
f) Management Information and Analysis.
g) Ability for Wards and Teams to maintain 24 x 7 telephony service in the event of a telephony fault.
h) No break in phone contact for service users and carers when they wish to phone key teams and wards.
i) Maximisation of ‘on net' calls between Trust phone users including mobiles.
j) Ability to use ‘SIP Trunking'.
There is an option to also purchase the following:
a) LAN Services.
b) CCTV and Physical Security Monitoring Services.
c) Paging.
d) Managed Equipment Room Services.
e) Gateway Services.
f) Unified comms and presence.
The contract is for 36 months with an option to extend for 24 months + 24 months.
This contract may also be utilised by organisations aligned to County Durham Procurement Consortium.
