Contract value: Wycombe District Council (‘the Council') is inviting tenders from leisure operators to enter into a contract to manage, operate and maintain the Council's existing leisure centres in the District from April 2014 and also a new leisure facility that will replace the current Wycombe Sports Centre in spring /summer 2015.The leisure facilities covered by this contract will be:- Existing Wycombe Sports Centre, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1TJ.- Replacement Wycombe Sports and Leisure Centre, Marlow Hill, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1TJ (from spring /summer 2015).- New synthetic turf pitch at John Hamden School site, adjacent to the new replacement Wycombe Sports and Leisure Centre HP11 1SZ- Risborough Springs Swim and Fitness Centre, Wades Park, Stratton Road, Princes Risborough, HP27 9AX.- Court Garden Leisure Complex, Pound Lane, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 2AE.Please note the value stated below is the estimated receipts to the contractor from operation of the facilities in 2011.Estimated value excluding VAT: 4 184 000 GBP
