The aim is to establish a Service Level Agreement with a preferred contractor/service provider for the delivery of a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment service for each of 4 geographical lots.
A core requirement is the ability to deliver of a consistent, high quality refurbishment service to an agreed programme, with a focus on improving efficiencies, reducing costs, increasing long term customer satisfaction, and achieving sustainable design and management solutions that will minimise, as far as is practicable, the whole life cost implications upon the clients' maintenance and housing management budgets.
Having existing alliances with a number of key RSL and local authority partners across the South & South-West of England, access to the framework will also be available to fellow members of the Sovereign Development Consortium & Westworks.
