Contract value: Lambeth Council wish to procure a new Asset Management Database to help support a significant investment programme in the council housing stock over the next 5 years. The Council has approximately 24 000 tenanted properties and has freehold responsibility for a further 9 500 leasehold properties. We want to be able to make use of the latest developments in Asset Management software to ensure that our investment programme is well planned and provides the maximum benefit to our residents. We have a corporate strategic objective to consolidate the different Asset Management Databases held by the council. While the main purpose of the new database will be to manage the housing assets, we are also interested in the potential for the database to meet wider corporate asset management requirements.The contract will be let for a period of up to 10 years and the successful supplier must be able to provide a new database and provide support services to help maintain it.Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 200 000 and 400 000 GBP
