River Clyde Homes (RCH) is a Registered Social Landlord responsible for the management of some 7,000 homes. We are looking to employ a single contractor to undertake a Garden Tidy Scheme for properties that are the responsibility of River Clyde Homes and are located within the Inverclyde area.
The Garden Tidy Scheme is intended to be a basic gardening service for River Clyde Homes' tenants who meet certain criteria relating to age or health. The service is offered during the months of April to September, or October, depending on weather conditions. It comprises a grass cut every 3 1/2 - 4 weeks, and for those gardens with a hedge an early cut by mid July and a later cut in September or October. No other works will be undertaken as a matter of routine.
