The Department of Energy and Climate Change is committed to running its buildings and operations as sustainably as possible and particularly to reducing its consumption of mains water. DECC is looking for a supplier or suppliers to undertake the design, supply, installation and commission of a rainwater harvesting system in our headquarters building (3 Whitehall Place, SW1A 2AW) in order to supply water for toilet flushing (as a minimum) and to thereby significantly reduce the department’s mains water consumption.
