401652-2012: UK-London: Repair and maintenance services of building installations

The Financial Services Authority (FSA), including any organisations formed as a result of the Regulatory Reform activity to take effect in April 2013, is seeking a Supplier to provide Building Maintenance Services.
The contract will be let for an initial term of 4 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.
The overall requirement is to operate, service and repair the building and its systems ensuring the specified environmental conditions are maintained in an energy-efficient manner.
The key requirements of this service shall include, but not be limited to, maintenance services including the operation and management of:
Mechanical and plant systems;
Electrical installations including periodic testing (excluding lifts);
Building maintenance (fixtures, fittings and ironmongery etc.);
Specialist maintenance (dry and wet risers and sprinklers);
Energy Management;
Reactive and Emergency M&E and Building Fabric Maintenance;
Ad Hoc Maintenance;
Asset Management and Planned Preventative Maintenance;
Sprinkler Maintenance;
Standby Generator and UPS Maintenance;
Repair and maintenance services of electrical and mechanical building installations.
