Cheshire Police Crime and Commissioner wishes to invite tenders for the establishment of a Police Pension Administration Services Framework agreement that will be available to Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Cumbria, North Wales, Northamptonshire, Gwent, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Police.
The Police Pensions Administration Service will be required to cover the administration of both the Old Police Pension Scheme and the New Police Pension Scheme together with the provision of payroll. Suppliers will need to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the statutory and regulatory provisions that cover the operation of both schemes.
Suppliers must be able to demonstrate that they have achieved high levels of service.
