The overall aim of the short course programme is to provide relevant advice and support to Claimants who have been identified as needing help to empower them to actively engage in tasks / activities that will support and encourage them in returning to work. The provision is aimed at ESA, JSA and/or Incapacity Benefit Claimants who have a health condition; low self-esteem; and/or limited capability to manage their health condition effectively which has consequently prevented them moving nearer employment.
