GB-London: Creative Therapies Service

The London Borough of Camden is currently seeking to award contract for a creative therapy service as follows: •Receipt and processing of referrals •Planning and delivery of therapeutic sessions •Effective communication and planning of services with other stakeholders-children & young people, parents & carers, school staff, LA officers •Training, where necessary, of parents, carers and staff groups. •Effective communication and joint working with all professionals working to deliver the services. The creative therapies service will deliver art, music, drama and play therapies to children and young people in Camden, between the ages of 5 and 19, with complex needs, including those with Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. There will be a single point of contact for referrers. We anticipate that the range of services will be delivered by a single provider or a consortium of providers under a single management structure. Young people referred to the service will be from one of three Camden educational establishments and it is anticipated that the services will be delivered in both group and individual sessions. The services will be commissioned by the Council and funded by NHS Camden. Full details of the requirements are included in the Specification. The maximum annual budget for these contracts is £140,300.
