Government Digital Service (GDS) wishes to appoint a successful supplier who can provide a survey tool that will enable GDS to conduct regular users surveys and remote user testing of the GDS products and services. This will enable GDS to gather regular user feedback, benchmark services, and identify and remedy any usability issues that users may encounter when using the products/services.
